Client Requirement

Our Commercial department are fully retained by a building company to seek and acquire circa 3,000 Sq Ft to 4,000 Sq Ft located along the M4 corridor between Bridgend and Llantrisant. The suitable properties could be an existing, purpose built office building or industrial unit/property suitable for conversion and the property must have scope for a minimum of 25 car parking spaces.

Our client would ideally like to purchase freehold or long leasehold but rental opportunities will also be considered.
