Covid-19 (Coronavirus) - An Update

To our loyal Watts & Morgan customers,
For over 160 years, Watts & Morgan, our customers and the communities we serve have faced challenges big and small and come through them all by supporting each other and working together. In the light of the rapidly changing circumstances of Covid-19, we wanted to take this opportunity to reassure our customers that we are doing everything we can to operate as normal and continue to provide high level of service.
It is important to stress that we are prioritising the safety of our staff and customers and therefore have completely revised our internal policies regarding meetings, travel and attendance of work in line with the UK Government Guidance as it evolves.
At this current time, our three offices remain open and our staff members ready to help however we will be asking all of our clients (buyers, landlords, vendors and tenants) to keep in contact via telephone and email rather than face to face meetings in our office.
We will be allowing buyers/tenants to view properties as normal but during this time you can also take advantage of booking a ‘digital viewing’. A member of staff can easily video call/FaceTime and walk you through properties whilst answering any questions you may have.
Please be reassured that in line with Public Health recommendations we are all taking extra care by undertaking enhanced regular cleaning routines of our offices, increasing the frequency and thoroughness of handwashing and minimising physical contact.
