We are members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and the Ombudsman for Estate Agents Scheme for Residential Lettings, ARLA and RICS.
The figures shown do not include letting fees. The following fees may also apply;

- References fees per person (including landlord checks, credit checks & id checks)
- Guarantor fees
- An additional deposit may apply in view of a pet clause.
