The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors promotes and enforces the highest professional qualifications and standards in the development and management of land, real estate, construction and infrastructure. 

Our RICS members are Robin Jones, MRICS, Hilary Evans MRICS, Hopkin Joseph MRICS and Samantha Price, student member. The MRICS qualification demonstrates that our RICS-qualified professionals have a chartered qualification and work to the highest industry standards.

Rent Smart Wales

Agents who undertake letting and management work at rental properties are legally required to have a Rent Smart Wales licence, ensuring that they are suitable and appropriately trained in their rights and obligations.

Watts & Morgan LLP are fully licensed for letting and property management work as an agent (as defined in sections 9 to 12 of the Houses (Wales Act 2014).

CAAV

The Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) is a specialist professional body representing, qualifying and briefing almost 3000 members practising in a diverse range of agricultural and rural work throughout England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Our Agricultural and Professional Department are proud to be members of the CAAV with Robin Jones and Hilary Evans as Fellows, and Samantha Price as a Probationer Member of the South Wales and Monmouthshire branch of the CAAV.

The Property Ombudsman

The Property Ombudsman scheme provides independent redress in cases of disputes between consumers and estate agents. The scheme has two goals. First, to ensure that estate agents and letting agents adhere to stringent standards. Second, to resolve complaints made by consumers.
