Watts & Morgan are an established Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors dating back to 1857 and based in South Wales, with offices in Cowbridge, Bridgend and Penarth.
We are looking for a Saturday negotiator/administrator to work in our busy Bridgend Sales Department. The role requires the holder to work every Saturday.
The role will include dealing with clients both in person and over the phone, booking viewings and valuations, and potentially carrying out viewings outside of the office.
Hours & pay
The hours will be every Saturday from 9am to 4pm. Immediate start.
£13.50 per hour

Requirements
The ideal candidate needs to be confident, an able communicator, IT literate and have a good knowledge of the local area.
