With the launch of Rent Smart Wales (RSW) on 23rd November 2015, and initial registration lasting 5 years, in order to continue to comply with legislation all landlords are required to renew their registration before their individual expiry date. If an existing registration has expired, this will incur a new registration fee and not the renewal fee. We are advising all landlords to log onto their RSW online account where you can find your expiry date details.
